The restoration project for Castello Fienga was developed within the constraints of a limited budget, requiring a strategic approach to identify and prioritize the most significant interventions for the preservation and enhancement of the historic complex.
The project focused on the creation of a new visitor centre, the consolidation and conservation of the most relevant archaeological remains, and the design of a new lighting system aimed at improving the readability and accessibility of the site during both daytime and evening use.
The intervention involved the coordination of a multidisciplinary team including structural engineers, archaeologists, and conservators, ensuring an integrated approach between heritage preservation, technical requirements, and visitor experience.
